Sweets Academy by Kataifi Factory EU

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites operated by Sweets Academy by Kataifi Factory EU. Any natural or legal person placing an order via our secure online payment platform, or by other means (such as bank transfer or cash, where applicable), is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Restriction

Clients must be at least 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products, and at least 18 years old to participate in services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars. We strive to restrict access to our products and services for minors. Although our content is not offensive in nature, it is intended for a mature audience capable of understanding the implications of entrepreneurship and online learning.

Any subscriber or customer found not to meet the required age criteria will be promptly removed from our database and refunded, with access to relevant products revoked.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a website belonging to Sweets Academy by Kataifi Factory EU implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Orders are considered final only after full payment has been received.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (including 20% French VAT, if applicable). Shipping or processing fees (if applicable) are specified separately. Prices may be modified at any time, but the price charged will be that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-orders. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We do not accept American Express.

Secure payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. All payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted. Responsibility for the security and functioning of the Stripe platform lies solely with Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

For digital products (online courses, eBooks), access or download links are sent via email to the address provided during purchase. Please ensure that your email address is correctly entered.

For physical goods (if any), delivery is made to the address specified when placing your order. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the product has left our premises. In case of delivery issues or lost packages, we will take all reasonable steps to either resend the product or issue a refund according to your legal rights.

Article 6: Data Protection and Privacy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. We declare our data handling procedures to the appropriate authorities and are committed to safeguarding your privacy.
